- Tell us a little bit about you ...
- I am gluten-free (allergic to wheat, barley, oats, etc.) and eat the same as those with celiac disease. I love to cook for myself and share my food with others. I am also a creative culinary consultant sharing food, meal and recipe ideas with others on how to follow a gluten-free lifestyle. I also love dining out and finding the best dark chocolate.
