I have been experimenting with making wine infused truffles. Any tips & tricks on how to keep the center from being really runny or the liquor and chocolate from separating?
Hmmm Let me think on that one. My truffle centers are chocolate and whipping cream so I imagine the liquor is thinning the mix. My first instinct is too add more chocolate but........ Let me check out some recipes and get back to you.
Thanks for looking into this for me. I actually did a lot of searching and came up pretty empty on recipes; so I just started experimenting on my own. They taste absolutely delicious but they sure are messy once you bite into it!
