- I LOVE Dark Chocolate and live in the metro Phoenix, AZ area. I miss Chatham's Fine Chocolates. It was an amazing shop with the best of the best chocolates in the world. Unfortunately, they closed due to tough economic times. Ever try Chocofin in Fountain Hills? It is a fabulous local chocolatier with amazing truffles. I also have a weakness for See's dark chocolate chocolate chip truffle. Oh so good!
